Substrate and ascospore shape suggests that this is an undescribed species. H. clelandii (a Eucalyptus inhabiting species) has similar sized ascospores but they are broadly rounded at the ends; H. madsenii (a Nothofagus inhabiting species) has similar shaped ascospores, but they are smaller. Attempted to extract DNA but not successful
