Public Note:
A250. Pileus dry and stipe base with obvious scales. D. gunnii sensu Horak. More convincing that any other collection I have seen for Horak's concept. Sequence says same as PDD88956 as D. gunnii. Spores length=9.5-13.1µm (µ=11.2, σ=0.78), width=5.8-7.7µm (µ=6.6, σ=0.46), Q=1.5-1.9µm (µ=1.69, σ=0.11), n=20. Note this area was primarily beech but there is also a record of C. leptosperorum from here, but that occurs with both beech and tea-tree.
