Specimen notes
Public Note:
[NS] Growing on small woody debrish, branch, mostly buried. Some emergent. 17-31mm across. 9-21mm high. Gleba distinctly gelatinous with translucent core. Gleba whitish with slight discoloration. With thick elastic, chord-like rhizomorphs. .No odor, taste nil. [JAC] This is more like my concept of Protubera than some others. Or is this Phallogaster globosus? Trappea etc. This has dried hollow, like my JAC9602. Sequence same as 9602. This is in the ramarioid clade, not phalloid (type of Protubera is phalloid).
