Public Note:
[NS] cf. Kavinia himantia. Coating undersides of dead twigs in suspended understorey. Downward facing spines 2-5mm long, roughly 1mm thick. Somewhat tough. No odor. [JAC] Spores smooth, yellow, boletoid, 11 x 5um. Type of Kavinia is K. sajanensis = K. alboviridis. This collection is probably closer to Lentaria PDD 80748 which is phylogenetically closer to the type of Lentaria (L. surculus)
