Cap with fine dark fibrils giving an overall dark olive hue. No change in NH4OH or KOH. Stem orange. Base with fragile fine white rhizoids. Requires a sequence. Spores length=9.0-12.2µm (µ=10.1, σ=0.75), width=3.7-4.5µm (µ=4.1, σ=0.24), Q=2.2-2.9µm (µ=2.45, σ=0.21), n=20.
