Public Note:
[GS] Small, brown mushrooms growing on rotting wood lying on the ground in broadleaf-podocarp forest. Caps up to 20 mm across, yellowy towards the centre, red-brown near the margin. Gills and stems mustardy-yellow. [JAC] The spores are amyloid and cylindrical, and the stipe velvety. This is H. atrofulvus and only the 5th collection of this uncommon fungus.
