Public Note:
[GS] Growing on a rotting log in broadleaf-podocarp forest. Caps to 35 mm across, pale ochraceous, darker at the centre. Gills white, appear to be narrowly attached to stem. Stems white. [JAC] spores inamyloid, globose, pleuro and cheilocystidia metuloid. Pileipellis with hydropoid vesicles. The third collection of H. sp. 'Kaituna Valley', related to H. funebris.
