Public Note:
[GS] Growing on a rotting log in a modified habitat. Caps to 30 mm across, pale brown-fawn, paler towards the margin, radially striate, with white flecks covering the cap. Gills greyish. Stems white, hollow, smooth at the top, scaly lower down.
