Specimen notes
Public Note:
[GS] Growing on fallen logs in native beech forest. Caps to 65 mm across, dark brown in the centre, fading to fawn at the margin. Gills white, attached to stem. Stems fawn-brown, pale towards the apex, darker towards the base. [JAC] very small amyloid spores and brown pilo/caulocystidia. Confirmed as Pleurella ardesiaca.
