Pileus minutely velety with rusty squaqmules. Not green in NH4OH. No change in KOH. No reddening of flesh. Stipe with rusty fibrils and low evanescent ring. Smell crab-like. Gills drying pale/white. PP hyphae relatively broad. Spores length=6.5-8.9µm (µ=7.3, σ=0.59), width=3.6-4.5µm (µ=4.1, σ=0.25), Q=1.5-2.1µm (µ=1.79, σ=0.15), n=20
