Public Note:
[WMD] Small creamy-tan Mycena growing in large groups on fallen logs. The cap grows up to 1.8 cm in diameter and up to 2 cm in height. The gills are cream, attached and descend down the stipe. The stipe is also creamy with a hint of tan and less than 1 mm in diameter. Remnant mature coastal broadleaf forest. Same as https://inaturalist.nz/observations/1444708[JAC] smell not noted. Stem base with a strigose base. Spores strongly amyloid. Pileipellis ornamentation not observed. Requires micro details of 13315 to corroborate. Potentially luminous. Sequence says Hydropus
