with field photo (not provided). Ring down, almond odour, KOH yellow. Frb dried yellow. All these viridopurpurascens group dry with a yellow cap covered in black fibres. Microscopically in KOH it shows a mixture of yellow hyphae and pink/tan hyphae. Worth looking at other clades to see if character is distinctive. Cheilos absent, or basidiolar. Spores length=4.5-5.8µm (µ=5.2, σ=0.33), width=2.6-3.4µm (µ=3.0, σ=0.22), Q=1.5-1.9µm (µ=1.72, σ=0.10), n=20
