Specimen notes
Public Note:
mealy smell. Gills drying a greenish/yellow colour, decuurent tooth. With cylindrical apically thick walled pleuro/cheilocystidia and amyloid spores. Gill colour on dry material suggest hydropoid if not barracouta (spores too small?). ITS says Atheniella related and near a sequence of Hydropus scabripes (Mycopan scabripes) except this must be a misidentification as not the one near Baeospora as indicated by Redhead. Potentially bioluminecscent as near Gerronema viridilucens, which is not a Gerronema.
