Public Note:
Cap: applanate, glabrous, sooty black, shiny when wet, purple, darker in centre, margin striate, 1/2 peeling, subcuticular flesh white, areolate at margin. Gills adnexed, ochraceous, no lamellulae. Stipe: cylindrical, purplish pink, firm, glabrous (?). Taste: hot/bitter, FeS04 green. Cap 18-25mm, stem 20-25mm x 4-5mm.
