Public Note:
bitter taste. Would be unusual in native bush as G. dilepis? Looks like Karl's image of what turned out to be G. junonius. See also Flammula chrysotricha. LSU same as Australian UNSW 20/02 which has the nom. prov. G. allochrous.There is no published description. Spores dextrinoid. 4-spored, clamped. Spores rough, without epispores, with plage. Many cystidia and basidia with resinous yellow content. Cystidia both as cheilo and pleuro, irregular, some capitate but not consistently so. Pileipellis a broad cutis of hyaline smooth hyphae. spores length=7.8–9.2µm (µ=8.3, σ=0.34), width=5.0–6.0µm (µ=5.5, σ=0.30), Q=1.4–1.7µm (µ=1.52, σ=0.08), n=20
