Public Note:
flesh coloured tinge and stem thin. Culture clamped. Forms chlamydospores. Not a Lentinula but a Ripartitella identical to PDD71285. Spores minutely echinulate, typical for Ripartitella. Pileipellis a clamped cutis of broad brown hyphae with extra-cellular pigment. 4-spored. Spores definitely inamyloid, echinulate length=4.4–5.3µm (µ=4.9, σ=0.23), width=3.5–4.2µm (µ=3.8, σ=0.19), Q=1.1–1.5µm (µ=1.31, σ=0.09), n=20 No barbed cystidia seen (melanoleuca vinosa).
