Public Note:
Pileus 15-33 mm broad, convex to a low obscure umbo, moist to subviscid, green (29F7,6,5) on disc, with a hint of yellow near margin, subtomentose to matted fibrillose. Flesh watery dull greenish, with mild odor and taste. Lamellae adnexed, close, pale yellow at first, soon yellowish orange, with slightly uneven edges. Stipe 4-6 cm long, 4-8 mm broad, equal, fibrillose striate with collapsed greenish cortinate remains, mustard yellow (3B-C6) overall, with interior mustard yellow, becoming hollow.
