ITS sequence data indicate this material is R. hawkerae. The description of 'niger' applied by Leonard is consistent. This Rhizopogon is generally associated with Douglas Fir. The LSU deposited in GenBank is Rossbeevera and presumably there was a sample swap somewhere.
