Spores amyloid, rest of tissue inamyloid. Cap partially gelatinised, with oleiferous hyphae. With caulocystidia at stem apex. Gills slightly decurrent. Gills not forked. Has a Xeromphalina-look.With cylindrical caulocystidia, stem hyphae thick-walled, clamped. Spores length=5.2-5.8µm (µ=5.6, σ=0.2), width=3.9-5.1µm (µ=4.7, σ=0.4), Q=1.0-1.5µm (µ=1.2, σ=0.1), n=7. Most described Clitocybula appear to be grey/fawn and not white. In the /hydropid clade?
