Other Details:
It produce Indole acetic acid (1.82 nmol/mL in tryptophan assisted media). This was confirmed by UPLC-MS analysis of the pure culture filtrate, where, it showed a correlative peak to known standard. It also produce extra cellular enzymes in various quantities.
The strain can be applied to tomato plants to improve growth and development as it produces IAA., which is a known plant regulator.
