Habitat:
Glasshouse, spontaneous below main bench in different places.
Notes:
Herb with short stout stem (and creeping rhizomes?) Petioles with slight distal wing; lamina scabrid, especially beneath, glossy, deep green above. Inflor. a thick flattened disc (i.e. incl. receptacle), green c. 3 cm across, margin irregularly lobed. Fruits with seeds on 1 side of ovary. Seeds c. 1.5 mm long, ± obovoid in outline, white, with dorsal ridge and a row of tubercles on either side and above the flattened faces. Regenerating freely.
