Growing in same habitats as, and perhaps a white-flowered variant of G. pilosum. Plants consistently smaller than is typical G. pilosum, & cauline leaves with narrower segments. Not uncommon in dry shingly habitats between Chch. and Timaru. Petals turn light-pink in drying.
