Bare limestone top of summit ridge.
Notes:
See CHR 75666. Specimens arranged in order of age, from first year at top left [of Herbarium Sheet] to serveral-year-old plant at lower right. Plants with many branches form loose hemispherical cushions on the bare rock surface. Of the very small plants, often only the flower is to be seen in a crevice in the rock flash with the surface, and chips must be taken away to expose the entire plant.
