Notes:
Shrubby tree on northern side of lookout. Leaves and flowers rather large. Leaves to 6 x 5 cm ovate coriaceous, dark green above lighter below. Flowers 35 - 40. Stamens to 15 mm long, red. Petals 5, ovate 3 mm long. Capsule green, scarcely exserted. Style on capsule elongated to 20 mm . Some leaves broad to almost orbicular.
