Note:
Using Coprosma key, leaves 8-11 mm long; 1.5-3 mm wide; young branchlets grey-brown; winged petiole present = COPPRO, however, more obovate leaves than usual; no hairs on upper petiole of upper mid vein of lower leaf; hard to tell if this was glossy or not. Content with COPPRO.

Habitat:
Very sparse open NOTcli canopy, with several dead or dying trees. Dense regeneration of NOTcli saplings, mainly in top half of plot. Some small slips. Mix of litter, moss and bare ground.
