Habitat:
Mixed NOTtru, Broadleaf and Podocarp forest. NOTtru canopy with a WEIrac, MYRsal and QUIacu sub-canopy. Incredibly ferny (STIcun, BLEdis and BLEnov) understory. Fairly steep plot on a terrace above the river and below a small bluff.
Notes:
DOC Tier 1 and MfE LUCAS Programme Plot: BA109; Sample Number: 201400290. Erect shrub about 1 metre tall. Branchlets are almost in a single plane out from main stem. No flowers or fruit.
