Notes:
Single adult flowering clump, with four old stalks from last year's flowering. Several young plants in grassy vegetation within a metre of so of the main clump.
Robust clump of linear leaves up to c. 2 cm broad but many narrower; orange margined; rather obscurely longitudinally ribbed beneath; rather blunt-tipped. Three inflorescences (1 sampled), flowers bright golden yellow, 12 - 14 mm diameter. Bracts only just exceeding the greenish buds at tip of inflorescence, much shorter than pedicels below tip. Developing young capsules shortly stipitate.
