Habitat:
On large tamarind tree.
Notes:
High-climbing liane; stems long and slender with claw-like tendrils. Flowers high up and collected from ground. Corolla yellow, c. 7 cm long to apex of lower lip and c. 6 cm long to apex of upper lip; limb very flattened and irregular. Fruit pendulous. Old pods (from ground) to c. 40 cm long x 1.3-1.7 cm wide, dark brown. Originally planted but now apparently spontaneous with young plants, (presumably derived from seed) nearby.
