Notes:
Shrub c. 2 m high. Leaves purple, dark above and paler beneath except for midrib and veins. Corolla basically white but with purplish-pink spots on lower lobes and the basal throat area; corolla tube c. 2.5 cm long, narrow cylindric; limb with 2 upper and 3 lower lobes; 4 each 1.4-1.7 cm x 7-8 mm or 10 mm long (middle lower lip lobe); 4 lobes ± elliptic to oblong-elliptic or elliptic-obovate (middle lower lip lobe). A rather uncommon plant as compared with the common Pseuderanthemum.
