Margin of abandoned field, low-lying area.
Notes:
Rather sprawling herbs but often with erect main stem at least for some time. Corolla 1.2-1.3 cm across, saucer-shaped, pale yellow with dull mauve centre inside, 8-9 mm long, pubescent outside. Stamens < corolla; anthers blueish-green. Fruit globose, immature, enclosed in bladder-like calyx to c. 3 cm long, broad ovoid, ribbed, green with purple vein network.
