Notes:
Vigorous vine with smothering habit. Leaves scabridulous. Flowers in long pendulous racemes, but pedicels upturned, at least until anthesis. Bracts 4-4.5 cm long, with short apiculus, pale green and inflated. Corolla 7-8 cm long, white; lower lip slightly > upper lip, tube with constriction c. 1 cm from base; total tube 4-4.5 cm long, funnelform with limb c. 9 cm diameter across, ± 2-lipped; lower lip with middle lobe c. 4 x 4.5-5 cm, very broadly obovate; upper lip with posterior lobe c. 3 x 4 cm, tending reflexed; throat with orifice c. 2-2.5 cm across. Stamens and style included, situated in depression on posterior side. Style > stamens.
