Note:
Sample matches description in many accords so provisionally identified as Dracophyllum elegantissimum, but inflorescence rachis is wider than that given by Venter and the pedicels are pubescent not tomentose. Further good flowering material required to confirm ID.

Mixed NOTtru, Broadleaf and Podocarp forest. NOTtru canopy with a WEIrac, MYRsal and QUIacu sub-canopy. Incredibly ferny (STIcun, BLEdis and BLEnov) understory. Fairly steep plot on a terrace above the river and below a small bluff.
