Habitat:
Growing on muddy surface of damp pathway. Very moist peaty allophanic soil. Moderate to low light conditions in well established revegetation area on margin of tall forest (Tawa/Podocarp/Pukatea/Kohokohe/Puriri).
Notes:
Several small tufty mounds of bright green filamentous herb. Very lofty open tangly mounds, like very small vine mounds. ± 100-150 mm in height.
