Notes:
Whole plant 1800 cm long; leaf and leaf-sheath 780 cm; leaf base auricled, almost cordate; sheaths narrow, open, spongy, septate, flat on one side D-shaped. In full flower, corolla pale pink, some plants in fruit; inflorescence c. 1.5 m long, pyramid shaped with three main branches; peduncle firm, 3-angled, hollow. Leaves 160-235 cm long x 63-104 wide; petiole width 6-9 mm.
