Gravel driveway through extensive gardens on top of marine terrace.
Microhabitat:
Planted rockery adjoining. In gravel there was Arabidopsis thaliana, Oxalis exilis, Geranium incanum and sparce Wurmbea stricta

Notes:
Many seedlings and 2 or 3 flowering. Planted specimen in rock garden 0.5 m distant. Plants rush-like, leaves grooved to flat on adaxial sides. Corm white with dark brown coriaceous tunic. Tepals 6, free, white; stamens 6, ovary superior with 3 carpels.
