In small depression, by papaw plantation.
Notes:
Shrub to c. 1.5 m high, rhizomatous and forming a low thicket. Leaves thin and soft, whitish tomentulose in interveinal areas of lower surface; veins green. Sterile. Leaves much eaten by insects. A small patch amongst taller Abelmoschus.
