Note:
Sequence data for the three nuclear gene regions ITS, ETS and G3pdh is identical for samples T15_06920 (CHR 637314), T15_06921 (CHR 637315), T15_06922 (CHR 637316) and T15_06923 (CHR 637317) and results in a (98-99) % match amongst Ficus spp. in the Sect. Malvanthera. The nuclear G3pdh region is often diagnostic within this section (Rønsted et al., 2008) but due to ten heterozygote positions, identification on a species level within the Sect. Malvanthera is not possible.
