Notes:
Small bulbous plant (bulbs not collected), not aromatic. Leaves flat, forming a small clump. Peduncle greatly overtopping leaves, solid. Umbel of erect flowers. Spathe subtending c. 2 cm long, brown and chartaceous. Perianth tube 8 - 9 mm long, green. Perianth lobes 3 - 4 mm long, narrow lanceolate or lanceolate-elliptic, green with brown tinge distally. Petals ? opposite "sepals", c. 1 x 1 mm, bright orange-red, fleshy. Anthers attached to petals. Styles 3, short and very broad and fleshy.
