Chloroplast DNA sequencing data is identical for sample CHR 635122 and CHR 635123 for rbcL, which result in a 100 % match to Papaver rhoeas and several close matches to Papaver rhoeas, Papaver somniferum and Papaver dubium.
Thus, CHR 635122 and CHR 635123 are identified as Papaver rhoeas, but variations between both samples for both chloroplast gene regions trnL+trnL-trnF and psbA-trnH indicate, that they are two different variants/cultivars of Papaver rhoeas.
