Certainly Anisotome filifolia. Kirk describes his L. patulum as having simple umbels. I have not seen Kirk's specimen, but shall endeavor to do so.

Note:
"Ligusticum patulum". This seems to me so perfectly typical of Anistome filifolia that its identity is certain. One wonders how JBA should have imagined it different. I put in a sheet of his own A. filifolia for comparison.
