Notes:
Clump-forming plant with numerous, erect, unbranched stems 60-70 cm high and 7-8 mm diam. Leaves dull green above, paler and glaucescent below with elevated whitish midrib. Inflorescence terminal. Capitual c. 1.7-2 cm across the broad and rounded yellow-green bract leaves. Gland c. 2 mm wide, lunate, yellowish. Ovary white tomentose; styles 3 diverging, bifid.
