Notes:
Trailing succulent plant forming dense mat, prostrate except for flowering shoots. Leaves 7- c. 11 x 1.2-2 cm across adaxial face. Sepals very unequal, to c. 5 cm long and 2.7-3 cm across base of outer ones (i.e. across receptacle apex); keel acute. Petals usually 3.2- c. 4.5 cm long, shining pale yellow. Flower c. 8 cm across open corolla. Stamens with orange filaments & yellow anthers. Styles c. 7 mm long, c. 1 mm across, dull pale yellow.
