Notes:
Shrub or shrublets to c. 20 cm high, with dense habit and erect branchlets with antrorse imbricate leaves, the last dark green when mature. Flowers 5-7 mm diam. usually, white, patent; lobes broad Δ-ovate, rounded apically. Anthers brown. Common & very variable in stature.
