Interesting suite illustrating problems with this taxon. CHR currently doesn't recognise var grandiflora. Some parentage from Muehlenbeckia australis seems credible.

Notes:
Plant Register ID: 2009/1096cf. 5719 [CHR 609350] and 5721 [CHR 609352]. From same plant as Ogle #5710, sent to AK. Young stems densely clad in ferrugineus pubescence. Leaf tips acute (not acuminate) with reddish blotches on leaves.
