Habitat:
Back of beach, by low stone wall, exposed site.
Notes:
Bushy, almost succulent herb c. 50-60 cm high. Leaves thick, dark shining green, above; margins revolute. Outermost phyllaries dark tipped. Capitula broad cylindric. Rays usually 8-12, c. 3 mm long, yellow, soon revolute. Disc yellow. A number of plants.
