Roadside modified vegetation, dominated by Neonotonia.
Notes:
Sprawling subshrub c. 1 m high, crowded by other vegetation. Young shoots and leaves, and lower surface of mature leaves, grey-green. Inflor., including calyx, grey-green. Flowers diurnal, quickly withering during the afternoon. Corolla c. 4 cm across, deep saucer-shaped, orange-yellow; petals c. 2 x 2 cm, very broad obovate. Stamens orange-yellow. Fruit with c. 25-27 mericarps. 2 plants only seen.
