Notes:
Shrub c. 2 m high with lax habit. Shoots pale brownish. Leaves rather thin, slightly shining below but not above; teeth few and irregular. Fruits 1-1.5 cm long, ± narrow ellipsoid or narrow oblong-ellipsoid, shining green but probably nearly mature; fruiting style short. A few scattered shrubs, presumably originating from cultivated plants no longer alive.
