Notes:
Perennial herb to c. 1.5 m high, forming a small clump. Leaflets deep green, not aromatic. Shoots angled. Phyllaries ± recurving, ciliolate. Rays 2-3 x 1-1.5 cm, ± elliptic or elliptic-oblong, very pale yellow, 2-3 toothed apically. Disc florets yellow. Filaments dark red; anthers yellow.
