Notes:
Clump-forming herb with stems (all inflorescence bearing) 70-80 cm high. Leaves medium green. Capitula with involucre 3-4 mm wide; phyllaries with narrow to broad membranous margins; outer ones c. ½ as long as inner. Capitula c. 1 cm across the recurving rays; these 4.5-5.5 x 0.8-1 mm, white. Disc florets deep pink, campanulate in lower part of corolla; lobes recurving. Style and exserted stigmas pink.
