Notes:
Herb with flexuous stem to c. 1 m high, rather clammy; leaves aromatic when bruised, variously lobed or dissected. Corolla 1.7-1.8 cm long to apex c. 1 cm across the broad sub campanulate tube with almost straight sides, rusty-red to almost scarlet on upper (exposed) side of corolla, pale greenish-yellow beneath. Stamens with pale green filaments. Staminode rather broad, becoming dark crimson. Scattered plants around garden, originating from the cultivated plant represented by Sykes 329/93 (CHR 494025).
